News from Our Newsletter!

This summer, Alliance Environmental Group received approval from the California Department of Insurance to offer a 4-credit Asbestos, Mold and Lead Awareness course to insurance adjusters.

Alliance’s corporate headquarters in Azusa, California sports a 7500 square foot training center built to address the necessity for ongoing training for our own service representatives, but CEO Joe McLean told me, “We saw a need to extend our training to insurance professionals, property managers, contractors and other major employers in our area.”

Joe is proud of Alliance’s ongoing commitment to providing professional development to the industry, not just to his own employees.  “The center addresses a universal need for quality technical and specialized training” that requires minimal travel, as many smaller companies have had to deal with budget cutbacks.  There is no shortcut to getting hands-on experience, but getting that experience locally has tremendous value.

When their training is completed, participants have experience in various remediation processes and are up-to-date on the most recent rules and regulations, another huge training need.  Participants will learn about the work necessary to restore a structure to an environmentally safe condition and gain the knowledge necessary for writing accurate estimates for restoration.

Our team of trainers, Joe McLean, Senior Executive Jeff McLean and Client Relations Director Bill Wood, has taught hundreds of professionals and have more than 50 years of combined experience.

The California Department of Insurance requires Insurance Adjusters to complete 24 credits of continuing education every 2 years.  Alliance Environmental Group’s course is a great way to get a lot of information, hands-on experience and some of the professional development every Insurance Adjuster needs to remain licensed in the State of California.
